Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this is a classic Blanc de Noirs. It has had 3 years on the lees and 5 years in the cellar. This wine has a deep amber colour. It is very well developed and exhibits rich sumptuous flavours of ripe apricots, toasted almonds, with a biscuity character.

It is now tasting phenomenal, and without doubt, it’s been worth waiting for. Only one bottle per customer now as it’s nearly all gone.
