Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for your wine orders.


Shipping Schedule

We dispatch all orders on a next working day basis, Monday through Thursday.

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be processed and shipped the next working day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following working day

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. This is to ensure your wine is not held in transit over the weekend.


Delivery Service

All orders are shipped using APC Overnight on a next-day delivery service.

  • Delivery is expected the next working day after dispatch
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress

Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours. While most orders arrive the next working day, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. weather or courier issues).


Important Information

  • Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery, as this is a legal requirement for alcohol shipments
  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid delays
  • We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery
