This red wine is made from a special plot, in our Marlpit vineyard, of high quality French varietal Pinot Noir grapes. It has been fully fermented on the skins in order to extract the delicate fruit flavours of bright red and black fruits, and lightly oaked in French oak to enhance the textures and flavours of the wine.

On the nose, there are fragrances of violets and hibiscus, which lead to flavours of cranberry, raspberry, and cherry on the palate.
