Delicate flavours of red apple, with a hint of rhubarb, red berries, and black raspberry liqueur. Soft tannins that come through from the maceration process. Mid-level acidity. Long finish. The colour of this wine is a true representation of its richness. Great for all round summer and winter drinking, with or without food.

This Rosé is made from one particular parcel of our Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are low yielding French clones that are of exceptional quality. 4 years on the lees.

For this vintage, we de-stemmed and macerated the grapes and let them stand in the vat for just 24 hours before pressing. This allows some tannins and colour to bleed out of the grape skins, which give the wine its amazing ripe red berry flavours of cherry, strawberry, and loganberry.
